Last night Crap sent me a link to the new location of Tunes inSL. The store is decorated in classic Crap-style with rotating gears overhead as you enter.

The walls are covered with information about SL musicians. Album covers play as a slide show under each individual's name, which is a nice touch.

When you click on the artist's name you are offered a link to the Tunes inSL page about that person.

When you click through you will find links to the musician's web page, myspace, group, itunes or wherever you can buy their music. As an aside when I was at the Fierce Tibetan Gods show they other day they mentioned that you can buy their music on xstreet.com, which I did not know. Cool, right?

Note: The Express Hud is still on my screen and for now has officially replaced my Mysti Tool. I also strongly recommend the Emerald Viewer . It is fast, stable and has a lot of great features.

I have a 4-prim version of that musical note and signboard if folks want it. It points people to this location, tells them about the project, the website, blah blah blah.
Also, there's a subscribeomatic for news on the latest additions as well as the occasional giveaway.
I've limited the project to just performers with albums for sale OUTSIDE of SL via sites such as Amazon, iTunes, CDBaby, ReverbNation, etc. This is so that it does not "compete" with Trax, which has exclusively in-world sales. (I'll have a poster/teleport to Trax Island up soon.)

/me once again admires Ches's highly personalized image markup. :)
Hahahahahhaha....I know you are jealous of my mad Photoshop skills Dale. :)
I should also mention that the mall on Selby is Hulaboom Voom's street and she has been very generous is providing space for the project.
She has other storefronts available, should people be interested in throwing some business her way.
Snail Races goes by that spot every so often.

It is a lovely sim with some great shops. It is totally worth wandering around when you go.
