Today on plurk Sehra posted a little sample of her voice and asked if she sounded like people expected her to sound. I followed her lead and posted a voice sample to plurk and then I had the idea to do a little voice blog post. If you ever wondered what I sound like in RL click the link below and listen to me ramble on for a minute.

I hate my own voice but told by others I shouldn't. I understand we all sound different to ourselves than to others - all that echoing and stuff in our own heads alter that sound and such.
I'm not "afraid" to use voice in-world and often do it if requested, but I'm lazy. LOL
I usually have it turned-off to keep bandwidth down and so I don;t have to listen to people sneezing, sniffling, scratching, screaming as spouse/kids and so on.
You sound lovely Chestnut, and just like you I don't get much chance to voice in-world due to kids and also my sweet hubby's stuff don't let him. But as of today he has a new notebook and my kids are leaving soon for the weekend, so maybe I will put my voice thingy on tonight:-)
BTW a gallery is a great idea:-)
I agree with the others, you have a very nice voice. As far as the pictures you take, I've followed your blog for sometime, even though my Second Life character is new, and I never get bored with them. I find them full of emotion and inspiring.
I've tried to do something similar on my real life blog but never follow through for more than a couple days.
Thanks so much everyone! I enjoyed the voice post so maybe if my family will ever be quiet I will post more! Since I live with the LOUD FAMILY don't expect it too soon. LOL!!!
I loved hearing you talk! I wish I hadn't abandoned the 365 project. At one point I was trying to tell a story with each picture but it took a lot of time to set up the pictures - props and outfits and so on.
I think a gallery is a great idea, some of the pictures have been superb!
