48 of 365 Building Again!

Sometime last year there was a terrible building incident on Harbour. It was one of those mistakes that everyone who has been in SL any length of time has done or seen or heard about. Yes, folks, we had an "auto return the entire build" mishap. I had approximately 1500 prims of house, landscaping, art....well every damn thing on the parcel came flying back into my inventory in random groupings. I nearly cried. Then I got on with it and rebuilt everything in about 6 hours of intense work.

Yes, I built out the entire parcel over a period of weeks. Then I replaced every thing again in 6 hours. It sort of sucked and honestly I have not built a single thing since. That is not entirely true, I suppose. I have done random bits of fiddling but I have had zero creative spark. I have tried. I have rezed a build platform and moved prims around. I have deleted a lot. I have been stuck.

There is nothing like creative new neighbors on the sim to help me find my muse! Lalo and Alisa moved in on Feline's old parcel and set about making the land their own. They are both excellent builders and have done a fantastic job. I was looking at what they did and feeling a little "meh" about the snow outside my window and on my SLand and I had this urge for a trip to someplace warm...someplace where a cuddly cute cabana boy would bring me a giant mango flavored drink, perhaps. So, I set about creating the setting for my little fantasy.
